Lower Paxton Roofing is a roofing company serving Lower Paxton, PA and the surrounding townships and boroughs of central Pennsylvania, with more than 20 years of experience repairing and replacing roofs. We work on pitched shingle roofs, slate, standing seam metal and low-slope membranes, on houses and on commercial buildings.

Our Approach
We start with an honest diagnosis. Every leak call includes a look in the attic as well as on the roof, so the water is followed to where it really gets in before anything is priced. Damaged decking is photographed and shown to you before it is replaced, at a per-sheet price set in the contract, and old flashing is replaced rather than reused.
We plan the details that are easy to forget: solar panels removed and reinstalled on schedule, gutters sized and pitched with the roof, and storm damage photographed for your own claim, with a crew member available to meet the adjuster without negotiating the claim. At the end of every work day, the driveway, yard and gutters are cleaned and swept with a magnet for nails.
